If you are new to saltwater fishing, or have young family members who are looking to make the most of a day on the water, our Appetizer will fit the bill. This trip will provide you with a fun day during which everyone will learn about fishing offshore in a way that is not too challenging and can be very productive. It will even leave you with enough money to buy dessert. These introductory trips last about 4 hours and will usually take your group 10 miles or so from shore where good numbers of edible fish can be found.

Our most popular trips are designed to feed a family or two at the end of the day. Our Full Meal adventures are 5 hour trips to multiple fishing spots 10 to 20 miles offshore where there is less fishing pressure and the fish are a little larger. Often a Full Meal trip will yield take-home sized grouper, snapper, porgies and other outstanding table fare. Whether you cook it yourself or have your fish professionally prepared at one of our fine local restaurants, your catch will provide support for your tales of the day as you relate them around the dinner table after the trip. Of course, there will still be time for the story about the big one that got away, but nobody ever believes those anyway.

Who Should Go: Adults and adolescents, no experience needed
If you are looking to feed several families for a day or two, you need to plan for a Banquet. The NicheBanquet excursions will take you 30 miles or more offshore where there is minimal fishing pressure and bigger fish often congregate in large numbers. Grouper and Snapper will dominate the fare, but Tuna and Mahi Mahi can find their way home with us when conditions are right. And the ambiance is unforgettable. Catching physically challenging fish surrounded by water the color of which cannot be found anywhere else makes you want to keep the memories for yourself, but you won’t.
